Two separate questions live on this page: what this website collects about you, and what the system collects inside an operating room. They have different answers.
This website
We use Vercel Analytics, which records aggregate page views without cookies and without a persistent identifier for you. There is no advertising network on this site, no session replay, and no third-party tracking pixel.
If you email us, we hold that email in order to answer it. We do not add you to a mailing list from it.
The system in the operating room
Video is processed on a device inside the room and is not uploaded. Only anonymised event records leave that device: a timestamp, an event type, entity classes and roles, and a confidence.
No faces, no audio, no patient identifiers and no link to the medical record. Face blurring happens at the sensor, before a frame reaches a model.
Under a pilot agreement, the resulting event data is jointly held with the site, and neither party may commercialise it without the other. Retention windows for any review clip are agreed in writing before installation.
Your rights and who to ask
Write to the address on the contact page. A founder answers data questions directly, including requests to see what is held and requests to delete it.
